Digital Products - No Refund Policy

All products sold through Digital Gypsy Journey Library are digital downloads.

Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final. Once a digital product has

been purchased and accessed (downloaded or viewed), we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.

By purchasing from our store, you agree to these term and understand that:

No physical products will be shipped.
Your access to digital materials is granted immediately upon payment.
Refunds are not provided due to buyer's remorse, incorrect purchase or failure to download/access the content.

Exeptions - Faulty or Inaccessible Downloads

We want you to have a smooth learning experience. If you encounter any of the following:

Broken or inaccessible download links
Corrupt or incomplete files
Technical issues preventing access to the material

Please contact our support team within 7 days of purchase at

karin@digitalgypsyjourney.com with your order number and details of the issue. We'll make every effort to resolve the problem or provide you with a working copy of the purchased product.

Unauthorized Sharing

Our digital products are licensed for individual use only. Redistribution, resale, or unauthorized sharing of any materials is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination and legal action.

Resale of Digital Resources

Resale of any digital products from Digital Gypsy Journey Library is not permitted unless

the purchaser makes a single qualifying purchase of $500 or more from the digital products collection.

Resale rights are granted only on a per-purchase basis and apply exclusively to the products included in each qualifying $500 transaction. Purchases totalling $500 across multiple orders do not qualify for resale rights.

Any unauthorized resale without written confirmation is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Online Courses are excluded due to specific master resell rights applicable.
